Grounds for Hire

The Laidley Showgrounds complex is fully fenced with gates at entry points. The facility offers a large grassed, fully fenced Main Arena complete with night time lighting, Behind the arena is a large level parking area for floats, trucks and cars with adjacent toilet blocks. 

There are powered and non-powered sites for camping, hot showers, horse stables, panel yards and covered cattle tie stalls with adjacent parade area. The main pavillion overlooks the main arena from a covered verandah area. Inside is an equiped comercial kitchen, open plan room for large gatherings of both table seated and standing. Ample toilet facilities to suit with changing area for the littlies.

The grounds are a popular venue for Hack Shows, Showjumping, Dressage, Polocross, Breed shows and pony club rallies. We also host car rallies, car shows, rodeo events, music festivals and private functions. The grounds are home to the Laidley Pony Club and the Lockyer Showjumping club.

Laidley Showgrounds are already a popular site for Caravan Club rallies now held several times throughout the year.

Main Arena

 Main Arena looking from the main pavillion. Level, fully fenced with cattle rail panels and closable gates, and equiped with arena lighting. The ring events at Laidley Show are hosted in this arena. 

Looking towards the float and truck parking fmain arena across arena fence. Toilet blocks are provided in this area for the convenience of patrons. The area is fully fenced from the street.

The Laidley Pony Clubs, Railed arena complex at the Hayes street end of the float car park.

Main entrance to the showground complex off Hayes Street with both pedestrian and vehicle access and a ticketing box for pedestrians. The entrance gates can be closed. Turn right to the float parking area and left to the stables, cattle pavilion, main pavilion and exhibit pavillions which contains the show office, main toilet block.

Main Pavillion

The main pavillion overlooks centre ring. The grounds offices are inside.  

The front verandah provides shaded viewing of centre ring.

Reception area to the right as you enter main doors. Perfect to set up welcome/checkin table for your guests.
